The 1000yearold cathedral of Rouen is a masterful Gothic building. The city is located in Normandy in northern France. The cathedral was consecrated by William the Conqueror in 1063. The Viking Rollo has a burial place in the cathedral. So, as you can see this cathedral tells a long story. The builders at the time came up with ingenious building plans.
