Hey there! Today we'll be exploring Everett Cave in Bennington, VT. I've been looking for a good cave to explore in Southern Vermont to feature in an upcoming story, so my family checked it out earlier this summer.

Situated on the campus of the now closed Southern Vermont College, the cave is a quick 10 minute hike from the parking lot at the gate (you can't enter the college campus anymore, but you can park and walk in from there). Wear some water proof boots (as you have to cross a small stream and then mud inside the cave if it rained recently) and be prepared to crawl on your hands and knees. Once inside, though, you'll find yourself in a cool subterranean cavern fit for a small dragon. Check out the link below for directions and more info:
