Hard mode, pink diamond, double cocaine, safe and elite challenge = nearly $1,800,000! The whole heist from Gather Intel to Preps to the Finale took about 1 hour.

Still not as good as Act 2 resets which can get you about $4,000,000 every hour. But you do need a friend to help you, whereas you can do Cayo Perico solo.
