This small cottage (about 80 m2) on the ground floor sits in the wooded area of what used to be called the Villaggio Olandese, in the unspoilt hills above the Etruscan town of Bettona, opposite Perugia and Assisi (not far from the airport). It 's a simple little house, built in the '70's, on a plot of about 5000 m2 of woods, with views on the valley and Perugia far away. It's composed of an open space living room with kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with an open fire place, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. It has large windows on all sides and a lovely terrace with views on the valley. Very quiet and private, a perfect place for relaxing, meditation, yoga, enjoying nature and wildlife, but if you need, there are other villa's in the area, so you're not completely isolated. It would need some updating, but could be lived in immediately. Very reasonable price!

Questa simpatica casetta (ca 80 m2) su un unico piano terra, si trova nel mezzo nei boschi in una zona che un tempo veniva chiamata il Villaggio degli Olandesi, nelle colline immacolate sopra il borgo etrusco di Bettona, di fronte a Perugia e Assisi (non lontano dall'aeroporto). 'E una casetta semplice, costruita negli anni '70, su un lotto di bosco di circa 5000 mq, con vista sulla Valle del Tevere e Perugia in lontananza. 'E composta da un unico soggiorno open space con angolo cottura, pranzo e angolo relax con camino, poi ci sono 2 camere e 1 bagno. Grandi finestre su tutti i lati e una bella terrazza panoramica con vista sul bosco e sulla valle. Un posto tranquillo e privato, ideale per il relax, yoga o meditazione, per stare in mezzo alla natura, ma non totalmente isolato, ci sono altre ville in zona. La casa è un po' datata, ma abitabile da subito. Prezzo molto ragionevole!

Het is een eenvoudig huisje, gebouwd in de jaren '70, op een stuk bos van ongeveer 5000 m2 groot, met uizicht over het Tiber dal en Perugia in de verte. Het heeft één grote open space zitkamer met open keuken, eethoek en open haard, en verder 2 slaapkamers en 1 badkamer. Grote ramen aan alle kanten en een heerlijk terras met prachtig uitzicht op het bos en de vallei. Zeer rustig en privé gelegen, perfect om helemaal tot rust te komen, met yoga of mediteren, genieten van de natuur en de rust, maar niet volledig geïsoleerd, er zijn andere huizen in de buurt. Het huis is wat gedateerd, maar je kan er zo intrekken. Zeer redelijke prijs!
