Tara Christie has over 26 years of experience in the exploration and mining business. She has served as President & CEO of Banyan Gold since 2016. Prior to that, she was President of privately owned Gimlex Gold Mines Ltd. (20062016), one of Yukon's largest placer mining operations and consulted in exploration, mining, environmental assessment, government, community and First Nation relations.

Banyan Gold is focused on advancing and derisking its 6.2millionounce AurMac Gold Project in the Yukon, Canada. The AurMac Project hosts structurally controlled, intrusionrelated gold mineralization. It is located approximately 25 km from Victoria Gold’s Eagle Gold mine and adjacent to the Keno Hill Silver District operated by Hecla.

CDFund Discovery Day 2024:

On Tuesday, May 14, 2024, the fund organized the fourth edition of the CDFund Discovery Day at the Bimhuis in Amsterdam. Eight exploration companies, developers and producers carefully selected by the fund presented their projects and told all about raw materials such as gold, copper and zinc found and/or extracted there.
