Today, I will celebrate Eid ul Adha 2024 with all of you. Let's get started with our day. First, I'll be heading to Markham Musala for Fajar Salat. It's a peaceful way to start this blessed day. Masood Khalid left home, arriving at Markham Musala, and performing Fajar Salat. Next, I'm off to the Islamic Society of Markham for Eid Salat at 6 AM. It's always heartwarming to see the community gather for prayers on this special day. Now, it's time to wake up my kids and get them ready for the 8 AM Eid Namaz at Markham Musala. Let's go. After the prayers, there were refreshments available. The kids had a great time with their friends, and we all enjoyed some delicious snacks. At 9 AM, I went back to Markham Masjid for another round of Eid Namaz with my brother Mehmood and his kids. It’s wonderful to share these moments with family. After the prayers, we met some friends, and the kids were thrilled to see ice cream trucks outside the mosque for their entertainment. We then visited Pine Ridge Memorial to pay our respects to my mother's grave. It's a moment of reflection and remembrance. After that, we came home to rest for a while. Celebrating Eid is a joyous but also tiring day. In the evening, we headed to my brother Mohsin's house for an Eid potluck celebration. It was a wonderful way to end the day with delicious food and great company. Thank you all for joining me on this special day. Eid ul Adha is a time of joy, reflection, and togetherness.
