Jennifer Mann and Karden Rabin are the cocreators of a brilliant new nervous system healing course called CFS School which stands for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome School.

Their approach to healing chronic conditions (not just CFS, this can also be used to treat chronic pain, chronic anxiety, POTS, Fibromyalgia, Long Covid, ME and other mindbody disorders) is rooted in a focus on healing nervous system dysregulation caused by trauma and attachment injuries, with sciencebased practical protocols that actively heal the wounds that brought on the conditions.

It's one of the best and most comprehensive courses I have found in this space, with tools and practices and coaching calls all included.
