Hey healthy people! We are Sport Science students from UiTM Perlis. Today we are going to show you guys an example of Chair Aerobic. What is Chair Aerobic? Chair Aerobic is like any aerobic workout, is designed to elevate your heart rate and it helps build endurance and strengthen muscles especially the core and lower body. The primary difference from a normal aerobic workout is that we remain seated (half sit) throughout the workout when doing seated aerobics.
So all you need is a chair and you good to go
