CHAIR YOGA FOR SENIORS - 30 Minute Chair Yoga For Stiff Joints - Target Yoga

Target Yoga

Chair yoga is a great way for seniors and beginners to get a good stretch for stiff joints and strengthen your bodies safely whilst seated. This kind of adaptive yoga workout consists of slow paced chair stretches for pain relief resulting from stiff joints. It's also important as we age to have injury prevention physical therapy and chair yoga for seniors is a great way to attain this. This workout has been designed to give you a full body stretch which will not only alleviate your stiff joints but with consistent practice will also improve your flexibility. Although geared for seniors these seated exercises also make for good office stretches if you need to limber up while at work. So try it and give me your feedback!
