Chair Yoga is an accessible form of exercise and a great way for Seniors, especially those over 60, to Stay Fit from Head to Toe!
In this chair yoga practice, we'll engage the entire body with seated and standing exercises that will help us stay strong and active, feel our best, and keep us moving well! Although these exercises are gentle by nature, Remember to be kind to yourself throughout the practice, take a break anytime you need to, and STOP if you experience pain. Enjoy!
