hello! i'm dr steph vos, a chiropractor and yoga therapist based out of grand marais, mn. i've been teaching yoga for over 10 years and believe in the power of yoga to change our bodies and change our lives.

this class is meant to be really gentle but powerful! this is not a fitness class or an aerobics class, but rather movement education that brings you into a deeper relationship with your body so that you can do all the activities you love with more ease and less pain. there's some strengthening and some lengthening built into this class, with the goal of broadening our movement vocabulary and learning to listen to our bodies.

most importantly :: it's not about what it looks like, it's about what it feels like! so don't compare the exact arrangement of your limbs to what you see on the video or what you've seen in yoga pictures or the other people you're practicing with. if you're paying close attention and feeling these stretches and challenges, you're doing great!
