You know how they always tell us at every PD to "remember your why"? It was time I tuned it out and realize all the reasons why I needed a break from a job that made me feel like I was never good enough, when I knew I was excellent. Every day felt like survival mode & that's when I knew I needed to take a break! Hope this all understanding and I hope to be back soon when things hopefully makes sense again.
