If you are looking for a challenging core workout you can do at home using your bodyweight, give this routine a try! This circuit will strengthen your shoulders and core. You can substitute exercises with the modifications shown in the video. In this video I will show you how to do a plank if you are weak. I will show you how to do a pushup if you are weak. I will show you how to modify a side plank if you are weak.

1⃣Walk hands to plank
2⃣ 10x Plank chest taps
3⃣ 10x Alternating Side Plank Kick
4⃣ 10x Pushups
5⃣ 5x each side Side Plank Reach.
6⃣ Walk Hands To Standing .

Focus on getting the form, then work on your endurance. Work up to going straight through the circuit without coming down in between. Repeat as many rounds as you like. Practicing this challenging core and shoulder workout will help improve core endurance, shoulder strength, and shoulder stability. You will feel more confident holding yourself up in a plank!
