Welcome to the official YouTube channel of WE KEEP MOVING!

My name is Kristin Hirst and I'm a dance enthusiast from the 'feel good' town of Cobourg, Ontario in Canada. With a strong fitness background and a love of dance, I bring energy, inspiration and passion to my classes.

I've been teaching Zumba® classes since 2011 and my heart sings every time I see the joy my classes bring to my students. I am currently licensed to teach Zumba®, Aqua Zumba® and Zumba Gold®. I am also a CanFitPro Certified Active Aging Specialist and believe it is my purpose to bring joyful fitness to the active older adult community.

These Zumba Gold routines are perfect for older adults or beginners looking for safe, fun, lowerintensity and easytofollow dance fitness workouts.
