Changing Seasons in Cities Skylines (Fall to Winter) | Clearwater County 68

Hello everyone and welcome back to Clearwater County! In this episode, the snow is flying and we're converting the build to a winter build! I'll show you how to use the a number of fantastic mods including the Environment Changer, Snowfall Assets Everywhere, Disable Snow Parking, Pipe Changer, and Theme Mixer 2. We'll also do the necessary work to stabilize our new winter build. Then, we'll expand near the tram line and build a grand winter park. Enjoy!
