Changing Spring Suspension on a Diesel Locomotive

Welcome back to the Museum, Railfans! Today, we'll be taking a look at a project involving our 1950's CF7 Locomotive #204. Some issues regarding the locomotives suspension meant that we'd be replacing multiple components and springs, as damages had incurred on its stock set. This video will go fairly in depth of not only the steps required to swap these components, but also about how suspension as a whole works on the railroad's 'Blomberg Truck'. I certainly learned a lot from this process, and I hope y’all get something out of it also, perhaps that be a laugh, some new information, or just some general enjoyment.
