Today's video is a special one. Instead of cooking at home, today I'm going to be cooking for orphans, in an orphanage at Mae Taeng, North of Chiang Mai Thailand (more details below)

My friends Anne and Max, from Streetalicious
(https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC3dm..., invited me to join them for a charity day. Many volunteers joined us to bring a little bit of joy to the kids. As for me, the way I know best to bring joy is cooking!

So I spent my day mostly cooking for the kids, in the kitchen of the orphanage. That was 100% traditional cooking, Thai cooking without any expensive equipment and gear. Just love!

ABOUT ME:

I am by no means a Chef, but food and cooking have always been a very important part of my life. When I was a kid, my parents were owning a street food stall and right after school, I was always running there to help them cook and serve the customers.

I have also learned a loooot with my granny, who taught me how to cook traditional Thai food since... well, since forever I believe!
