In the world of sludge, rock, metal...sludge metal and sludge rock...there is no one doing it right now like Chat Pile.

The Oklahoma City band burst onto the scene with little expectations with a couple of terrifyingly heavy EP's, followed by their debut album "God's Country" in 2022.

"God's Country" set Chat Pile apart with electronic drums, extremely sludgy bass and guitar, and a manic vocal delivery with painfully direct and disturbing lyrics from singer Raygun Busch.

"Cool World" sees Chat Pile doing what they do best: delivering that sludgy, disgusting formula, but with louder guitars, gnarlier riffs, better song structuring, and all around just more headbangin even if the lyrical themes aren't as dark and murderous as they were on "God's Country."
