On our recent to Cleburne State Park I decided to head into the city of Cleburne to check out the Spirit Of Cleburne and two very large model train exhibits.
The first train layout we visited was located in the Cleburne Railroad museum. This is a free to visit facility presented by the city of Cleburne Texas that highlights the deep rooted history of the railroad and how it impacted and influenced the city history of Cleburne Texas.
The second model train exhibit to explore is hosted by the great folks at the Dillon Station. Located just around the corner from the Cleburne Railroad Museum, Dillon Station features a working soda fountain, tons of Dr Pepper collectables, three different train layouts and some truly unique war memorial collectables.
