Cheese and Garlic Bread Recipe / No kneading required
160 ml milk
4 g (1 tbsp) instant dry yeast
30 g (3 tbsp) sugar
200 g (1.1/2 cup) bread flour
4 g (1 tsp) salt
25 g (2.1/2 tbsp) unsalted butter
divide it into 16
160 g mozzarella cheese
milk (can be omitted)
Bake at 180℃ for 12 minutes
garlic sauce
20 g (2 tbsp) unsalted butter
7 g (1/2 tbsp) minced garlic
15 g (1.1/2 tbsp) sugar
If you don't like sweets, please add little or no sugar
1/2 tbsp dried parsley
1/4 tsp salt
40 g mozzarella cheese
Bake at 180℃ for 10 minutes
