Notice how I strategically left the word "Philly" out? Because I don't want no smoke with one of the regional foods that sparks the most arguing in any comment section on the internet. But for the record mine is the best! Simple, juicy, cheesy and delicious. Thats what a cheesesteak is supposed to be right? Okay well then mine is perfect.

Grocery List:
1/2 1 lb Ribeye steak, thinly shaved
Amorosa or Hoagie rolls (should make enough for 2)
Killer Hogs AP Rub (or any All Purpose seasoning)
Worcestershire sauce
Bacon fat
White American cheese
1/2 yellow onion, diced or thinly sliced

Old Bay Fries:
Frozen unseasoned French fries
12 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
12 tbsp Peanut oil (or Canola or Grapeseed)

Cheese Sauce:
1/4 cup Milk
1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
8 oz White American cheese
