This is a project that I worked on towards the end of 2018. A saddle stand or rack, is exactly what it sounds like... a stand to hang a saddle over. The beauty of this design is that it can be completely disassemble into flat sections. Both of the uprights are made from cherry crotches. The feet, rungs, and tray sidewalls are made of spalted maple. Then finally the base of the tray is just a simple piece of oak.
