The 7.45 Stansted Airport to London Liverpool Street (8.31) "Stansted Express" just before the 7.42 Liverpool Street to Hertford East (8.31) train pulled out of the station. This crossing was filmed in 2011 when the same two trains appeared although the express was twice the length. The lines divide just south of here with 2 trains an hour heading into Liverpool Street via Southbury rather than Enfield Lock. The significance of that is that 12 trains per hour use this station off peak and those plus the 8 Stansted Express trains make this possibly the busiest level crossing in the UK along with Wharf Road, Wormley just north of here. About a minute of the wait here was cut while the camera battery was changed.
