・Raw koji 120g
・Water 120ml

[Chestnut Anko Latte]
・Chestnut Anko (your choice)
・Milk or hot water 23 times the amount

[Chestnut red bean ice cream]
・Just freeze the chestnut red bean paste

[Chestnut An Oshiruko] 1 cup
・Chestnut Anko 50g
・Hot water 80100ml

[Chicken with chestnut miso] For 2 people
・Chicken breast 200g
・Chestnut Anko 2 tablespoons
・Miso 1 tablespoon
