In this video Long Bed to Short bed conversion of our 1986 Chevrolet C10 square body C10 build with very little rust. We cut 14 inches out of the frame and weld er back together at Rusty Duck Garage. We bought this truck for $1,100.00. Ls Added new tires, lowered it 4 inches in the front and 6 inches in the rear. In the front we used two inch drop spindles and cut the springs. We may have lowered it more than 4 inches in the front. In the rear we used a rear axle flip kit. Eventually we install a c notch. Let us know if you think it's to low in the front. Next video we will install the fuel tanks and add the short bed box that we picked up. We should have our driveshaft back from the machine and ls ready to install. Our used bed is red.
