This audio is a condensed format from the original audio found on broadcastify of the Chicago Fire Department LODD at 9213 Baltimore on 12142015.

Chicago Firefighters were originally dispatched to the area of 9213 Houston for smoke coming from the south side of the building. Upon arrival companies found an empty lot and were unable to locate the building. Updated location then became 9213 Baltimore, Engine 46 reported a 100x120 with smoke coming from building in a two story warehouse.

At around two minute mark, Battalion 23 reports approximately 150x150 2 story warehouse with glass block windows with companies trying to make entry into loading dock area. At around 2:33 mark Battalion 23 declares emergency traffic and issues mayday for a member that fell through a hole on the second floor. It was later announced by Commissioner Santiago that FF Capuano of Tower Ladder 34 was searching for the fire and fell into an elevator shaft down to the basement level.
