Roast chicken 150 gr
Shallot 90 gr
Garlic 20g
50g cream cheese
Foie pate 60 gr
Hazelnut 50g
Olive oil
ground black pepper
Salt
Chicken broth 200 ml
20g butter
20g flour
Foie pate 30 gr

́:
1. Sauté the garlic and shallot.
2. Add the shredded chicken, the foie gras and the cheese.
3. Add the hazelnuts and grind.
4. Hydrate the pasta or cook.
5. Melt butter, add the flour and fry for a few minutes.
6. Add the hot broth, add salt and pepper. Let boil a few minutes.
7. Fill pasta and close.
8. Put the cannelloni on a tray, cover with the sauce, add cheese and bake at 180ºC for 1015 minutes.
9. Finish with some chopped hazelnuts on top.
