In Thailand, 'Yam' refers to dishes mixing different ingredients with a tasty, often sweet sour and spicy sauce.
Ingredients for 4 people:
1 chicken breast
1 tsp salt
7 oz cooked shrimp
½ cucumber
1 sweet or hot chili
1 spring onion
1 stalk of celery
0.5 oz cilantro
0.5 oz black fungus
¼ onion
1 lime
2 tbsp crushed roasted peanuts
Seasoning sauce:
4 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp white rice vinegar
4 tbsp fish sauce
1 garlic clove
1 sweet or hot chili
Fried garlic:
3 garlic cloves
2 tbsp vegetable oil
