Simple chicken stir fry
This chicken stir fry is ready in no time. It’s a very simple recipe where it’s possible to add more veggies of choice.
Ingredients:
2 chicken breast
1 onion
3 chili peppers or 1 bell pepper if you want it less spicy
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp ginger
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup low sodium teriyaki sauce
Slurry (1 tsp cornstarch dissolved in cold water)
Salt to taste
Serve with rice or noodles
