Chief Terry Cosby of the USDA's Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) shares the details of the NRCS Strategic Plan, which will guide the Agency’s work through 2027.

The strategic plan contains five main goals that focus on:
1. applying sciencebased solutions
2. building a welltrained and diverse workforce
3. advancing customer experience
4. increasing partnerships
5. strengthening organizational health and performance
