Since Nov 2020, Fit Like Aberdeen? partners, including Children 1st have supported over 1000 children and family members, 70% of whom were finding that anxiety, distress and mental health were impacting profoundly on their daily lives.

With partners the team offer joined up support that wrap around the needs of children and young people and their families.
