Estos son unos deliciosos chiles anchos rellenos de queso capeados en huevo a punto de turrón, utilizando este especial chile seco, este chile es el mismo chile poblano antes de ser ahumado, en México hay una gran variedad de chiles y todos son ricos pero este tiene la gran ventaja de no picar mucho y su sabor ahumado es simplemente delicioso brindando un toque muy especial en el paladar.

Lista de ingredientes :
14 chiles anchos secos o 200 gr.
700 gr de queso manchego o chihuahua
7 huevos
media taza de harina

para la salsa
7 tomates
2 dientes de ajo
un trozo de cebolla
un chile de arbol sin semillas
un puñito de pimienta
un puñito de comino
2 cucharadas de caldo de pollo en polvo
una taza y media de agua
