一道超级下饭的菜,潮州人的辣椒虾
很简单,就是这样 .

材料: Ingredients:
200克 虾肉 200g Shrimp Meat
3~4条 咖喱叶 3~4 Curry Leaf
30克 蒜米 30g garlic
40克 甜菜脯 40g Preserved radish(sweet)
6~8 条 红辣椒 6~8 red chili
30克~40克 虾米 30g~40g dried shrimp
适量的食用油 Proper Amount of Oil
1汤匙 MAGGI 蚝油 1tbsp MAGGI Oyster Sauce
1 茶匙 酱油 1 tsp soy sauce
1 茶匙 MAGGI 浓缩鸡精 1tsp MAGGI Concentrated Chicken Stock
少许 胡椒粉 dash of white pepper
少许 糖 dash of sugar
