Chill Build 2000D

Follow
Chill Builds

Depending on where you look, this case may have some variation of the name "Cosair iCUE 2000D RGB AIRFLOW". This is the version of the 2000D in white that includes a set of slim RGB fans and a lighting controller. There is a black version and versions without included fans as well.

I finished this build a bit confused and conflicted. I'll get more in to that in the Chill Thoughts video coming soon.

For now, please enjoy the video!

The specs are listed below, along with Amazon links. Please consider using them if you plan to make a purchase. A tiny percentage comes back to me and, over the course of a year, it's about enough to pay for a budget case for a video, so it's actually very helpful. Make sure to check prices and shop around first though!

Also, before buying any luxury items like a fancy computer, please consider sending some money to a local church, food bank, shelter, or other organization that helps the less fortunate in your area.

If you have to have this, please consider waiting for a sale.

Alternate CPU recommendation if you're going with a higher GPU Ryzen 7 7800X3D https://amzn.to/4dmNq7K

PNY NVIDIA RTX 4060 Ti 16GB https://amzn.to/44nL1FL

I bought this second hand. I do not recommend paying full price for it unless it's exactly what you want.

G.SKILL Trident Z Neo DDR5 6000 CL36 32GB Kit https://amzn.to/4a1aSoq

My kit didn't come up on a quick search so I linked the CL32 version.

Corsair SF750 Platinum SFX PSU https://amzn.to/3JEuNPa

ASUS B650EI ROG STRIX ITX Motherboard https://amzn.to/3JGde1i

Noctua NHU12A Chromax.Black Heatsink https://amzn.to/3WkZWig

I bought this second hand also. I paid way less than retail. You might alternatively try a Thermalright heat sink or a Scythe model.
