In this video, we filmed Fengmenheng Street in Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China. This is an old street with a history of thousands of years. It best represents the humanistic features of Suzhou, a water town in the south of the Yangtze River, and also has many local Suzhou specialties. This program fully displays the morning market scene on this street, focusing on recording various street food and their production processes. They include the making of Suzhou's characteristic oilfired pork ribs, crab shell yellow cakes, fried pork skin, honey buns, shredded radish cakes, handpulled bread, highland barley steamed buns, and roast goose and sauced meat.
