Let's compare the form of Bodyweight ChinUps and PullUps.

First, with ChinUps, you maintain an underhand grip. Because one of the main functions of your biceps is wrist supination, the ChinUp will challenge your biceps well. Also, your elbows are typically more tucked in during ChinUps, so the ChinUp also focuses more on training the lower lats region of your back.

With a PullUp, you maintain an overhand grip. The elbows are typically more flared during PullUps and this places more emphasis on your upper back muscles. With the overhand grip, your biceps still get trained, but to a lesser extent than with ChinUps.

So both PullUps & ChinUps have their benefits!
