Hi Guys, this is my mam's chocolate biscuit cake with a little twist. This is so delicious, I guarantee it will be devoured :).

What you will need:
Cake
2 cups of chocolate chips (I used milk chocolate)
Thin slice of butter
Whipping cream (add to achieve correct consistency)
1 1/2 packs of Marietta, Marie or Maria biscuits/cookies
(you can reduce to 1 pack if you would like it more chocolatey)
Melt chocolate and butter on half power in the microwave, add cream to achieve a ganache.
Break up biscuits and add to ganache.
Topping
2 cups of chocolate chips
Thin slice of butter
Melt on half power and spread over biscuit cake
Refrigerate and cut into squares.
Enjoy
