✨ 4 medium eggs
✨ 120 g common white sugar
✨ 100 g flour 0000 or for all use
✨ 20 g good quality bitter cocoa
✨ 1/2 tsp baking soda
✨ 1 pc salt

Procedure and step by step in the video

‼The amount of shake needed for the molds is calculated by number of eggs!!

For a mold with a diameter of 20 cm and a height of 5: 4 eggs.
For a mold with a diameter of 22 cm and a height of 5: 5 eggs.
For a mold with a diameter of 24 cm and a height of 5: 6 eggs.
For a 20x30x5 cm mould: 5 eggs.
