Materials:

300 gr. couverture 52%, sugar free
150 gr. milk of life OLYMPOS 3.7%
400 gr. strained yogurt OLYMPOS 2%


Chop the couverture and put it in a bowl.
Heat the OLYMPUS life milk 3.7% in a kettle.
As soon as the milk boils, pour it into the bowl with the cover, leave it for 1' and then mix.
Let the mixture cool for 4'.
Add the OLYMPOS 2% strained yogurt and mix.
Put in the fridge for an hour.
Fill individual bowls with the cornet and garnish with chocolate shavings.
