The chocolate tart recipe (20cm tart mold)

The base:
12 digestive cookies
6 tbsp (90ml) melted butter

The filling:
200g chocolate
180ml (3/4 cup) heavy cream
3 tbsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp coffee powder
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla extract

The chocolate glaze:
2 gelatine sheets (3g)
2 tbsp water
3 tbsp heavy cream
4 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp cocoa powder
