মুরগীর গিরা কলিজা ১/২ কেজি
হলুদ গুড়ো ১ ১/২ চা চামচ
মরিচ গুড়ো পৌনে ১ চা চামচ
ধনে গুড়ো ১ চা চামচ
আদা বাটা ১ টে.চামচ
রসুন বাটা ১ টে.চামচের একটু কম
জিরে গুড়ো ১/২ চা চামচ
গরম মশলা গুড়ো ১/৪ চা চামচ
তেল ৬ টে.চামচ
পেঁয়াজ কুচি ১/২ কাপ
লবণ স্বাদমতো
তেজপাতা ১ টা
গোলমরিচ ৪/৫ টা
দারচিনি ২টা স্টিক
এলাচ ৪ টা
লবঙ্গ ২/৩ টা
কাঁচা মরিচ ২ টা ফালি করা
শুকনো মরিচ ১ টা
চিনি ১/২ চা চামচের কম
পানি রান্নার জন্য পরিমাণমতো
