THOUGHTS ON THE R8:
This is a very powerful camera for independent amateur filmmaking. The camera has terrific lowlight performance and terrific autofocus. The lack of inbody stabilization was not an issue, because I used a tripod. Overall, this camera is terrific and will do wonders for your film projects. I can't wait for my next project.
