Christchurch has the worst drivers in New Zealand
According to a recent report Christchurch has the worst drivers in New Zealand. Can anyone comment on this? Just today I almost had some girl drive into me before I could move from the lights as her head was looking at her cellphone and traffic beside me moved before me. I changed lanes and she was still texting 300 metres down the road next to me!
