Degrease the plate. Primed with white acrylic paint on two layers. Glue the picture on the glue PVA. The picture is covered with acrylic lacquer on three layers. The sides of the plate paste over with a napkin on the PVA. Putty in accordance with the picture. On putty impose dried flowers. Dry. Putty cover with PVA, which would absorb less paint. And dried flowers are covered with varnish, that would not get wet from the paint. Paint mixing paint in accordance with the colors in the picture. Now we apply snow with white acrylic paint with a sponge. Cover with acrylic lacquer with white sequins. All, Christmas plate is ready!
