Acceptance plays an importance part in any illness and is part of recovery never anti recovery, it doesn't mean giving up, it just means stopping fighting what you currently cannot change. Accepting my chronic illness, letting go of my old life and the things I hoped to do, has helped me to move forward and begin building a new life this year. In this vlog I update on the changes I've made and the positive impact this has had on my mental and physical health.
