Recipe
1 Cup Unsalted Butter, 1 Cup Sugar, 2 1/2 Cups of All Purpose Flour.
Method
On a stand mixer, mix butter (room temperature) and sugar until combined (not cream) then add flour little by little with mixer on low. Mix until the dough becomes a ball. Roll at 1/4" thick, cut circles and place in baking pan with non stick baking paper. Bake for 15 min at 350 F or until golden brown. Let cool. Turn one side and fill with plenty of Dulce de Leche, close with other side and roll in Cinnamon Sugar. You can fill them with Jam, Nutella, Peanut Butter, etc... Make sure to roll them in Sugar or Powder Sugar. Enjoy.
