Maybe it has the color of the sun, maybe it reminds me of spring, maybe I was born in March ... in short, the Mimosa Cake is my cake! I wanted to make it with a donutshaped sponge cake and a lemon cream (with the whipped method) which, combined with pineapple, tastes fresh!
