A threemonth wellbeing program, building confidence and bonds between teens and seniors, is bringing out every participant's inner child by 'being a bit silly' in circus class.
The aim of the unique collaboration, funded by a flood recovery grant from the Primary Health Network, is facilitating community connection and wellbeing for young people, elderly and first nations communities.
The key to the programâs success has been using the creative process of collaborating on a circus show and learning skills along the way.
