What do I love about aviation? Is it the beautiful views? Or the feeling of accomplishment after a challenging flight? Or the wonder of transiting large distances in minimal time? Yes, it is all of those to some extent. But what I really love about aviation is the friendships it creates. Since my aircraft was down for maintenance, I was left with the option of skipping OshKosh 2019 or driving up there. But, CitationMax saved the day as he offered to come in from NYC and fly me up to the show in his brand new Citation M2. It was a wonderfully enjoyable time and Max is quite an accomplished pilot especially considering he just started flying four years ago!
