Citizen watches have an excellent history , but I would bet that you probably haven't looked into its digital watch catalog too much beyond perhaps the anadigi temp.. This video provides an overview of the origins of Citizen Watch Co , its first forays into electronic watches and quartz, with the primary focus being on its digital watch offerings.

This overview moves through from the original crystron LC , to their first alarm and multi alarm models , the amazing Citizen crystron calcaultor watches, as well as their 80s sports watch and multi function models. Of particular note is the P130 casio gshock clone very cool. Into the 90s we cover the Promaster range , with a favourite being the hyper aqualand and the super fun Citizen independent series which had a whole array of bonkers watches.
